Peter has been riding since his young age. After finishing the secondary school, he has been working for top show jumping riders and event riders abroad for over ten years. The countries he has been working in are among others Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Ireland.

After he returned from abroad, he build his own horse arena and is preparing his horses for both show jumping and eventing competitions.

Petr Lacina has won twice the first place for eventing in Northern Moravia and in 2012 he became fifth best in th Championship of the Czech Republic.

He had to end season 2013 earlier because of an injury, but he is back in full strength and became ninth in the most difficult class CCI** in international competition in Austria at Theresian Military Academy in May 2014.

His plans for coming seasons are to focus on international competitions.
